We believe that worshiping as a family is an essential element in teaching children to know and follow Christ.
Children learn by participating! Seeing their parents worship and hearing the Gospel communicated every week through the Eucharist is powerfully formative.
We take seriously Jesus' admonition that the kingdom belongs to those that are like little children (Matt 19:14, Mark 10:14, Luke 18:16). Children's participation in the service is a reminder to them, and to all of us, that children are equal members of the Kingdom of God.
Childcare is available where you may bring your child any time prior to or during the service. If you desire, you can pick them up to join you for Communion.
School aged children who accompany their parents for the service will be dismissed after the Collect for their own developmentally appropriate curriculum and then return during The Peace in time to participate in Holy Communion with their family.
